Low Levels after R139

    I still need a decent weapon deco. I was wondering if it's, after R139, still worth upgrading a low level item. Or is it better, with the increased stats since R139, to take my chances with a legendary.

    45 wep deco still gives trash stats. At least that is what I can see from the last 12 weapon adornment I opened after 139.

    I had base lvl 13 leg weapon andornment 4x dmg and found 3x dmg 1x crit hit (base lvl 25) which gives more dmg on same lvl as the one i used (after 139).

    Low lvl items are useless now, I have already found a few...between lvl 25/35 they give me more damage than the low lvl at the same or higher lvl.

    And that goes for any enchantment, with a bit of luck...sooner or later you will find much better items.
    Also the devv team raised the amount of GoP needed to upgrade any item.
    During the x-mas event i got a lvl 7 legendary staff and to upgrade it to lvl 50, they want 255M GoP or 15M AM, crazy right!!!
