    So here it goes,

    I have been trying to get the last two frags from Madok And no success. Have killed him about 40 times and no drop. Is that common? What is your experience with that ?

    It's normal. Happens a lot especially if you're doing the "re" quest in there for ring. Frag drops have always been scarce in PW's and it seems they lowered drop rates even more since adding Ammons Gleam.
    Welcome to endgame, PW grinding forever.
