    I have defended Janus Fox but cannot find the mailbox of the dead even with quest guidance turned on.

    Open the minimap there is an question mark "?" in the Recreator.
    Of course it will show up only if you successfully defended Janus Fox.

    BP is having a little trouble generating images in maps. Sometimes you see a ? or !, sometimes you don't. It can change with instances. Maybe they run old, defective programs when they feel like it. They are so out of control, most of the time they don't even know there is a problem, or just totally do not care.

    Support may be able to sort it out. Try again is best solution. Or give up.
