Marriage system

So i was wondering......wouldnt it be gr8 of we had a marriage system....the ''husband and wife'' could share the inventory and you can only take an item if your husband/wife approves it.You could get married if you only had a special ring which wouldnt be too easy to find but not too hard either

Sounds like a way around the no trading policy that has been in effect... since forever... in DSO. I would say no, it wouldn't be "gr8", but that is just one opinion in a sea of them. Interesting idea, but then it would simply be a means to trade and the divorce rate would make the divorce rate in America look insignificant.

 

My thoughts exactly. The only way it could work is if there was a time restriction on how often a marriage could take place (once a week, once a month?). It's still a trading system, but time-limited, which could make it much less of a profit-generator for the farming syndicates.

Maybe it could work, but I'm still not in favor of trading in the game. At one point I was, but that was a long time ago and I've changed my opinion since then.

 

Hm.. I would make it; once you get married, you're screwed for life. No divorce. That would work out nicely for me; I'd marry my pretty pretty husband, take his mortis mask and be a very happy wife.

 

I would also like a wedding, but that would be too much I guess

 

I think we need private lodges first. If not, things might get a bit raunchy in the streets of Kingshill. Kidding aside, what you propose would just be another exploit within minutes to shift resources across Toons.

I feel bad now because i didn't understand that. I wrote previous post in 5:30 this morning(not that it matters, i wouldn't understand it even after my coffe-aspirin-rakija ritual )! My apologies..

 

Haha, it's no biggie Where are you from? You mentioned rakija lol and it's a very popular drink where I'm from.

 

Rakija is aperitif, main meal and dessert on every wedding reception.

 

It's popular in all Balkan countries, i'm from Serbia.

Coffee-aspirin-rakija(it must be consumed in that order), try it if you get some rough hangover after wedding. Best cure ever! And no this isn't oftopic, we are just trying to implement one of the crucial things in this idea about the wedding.

 

xD I'll keep that in mind in case I go to a wedding 4 years from now. I am from Albania and basically grew up with rakija in my pacifier(the thing that babies suckle on)

And no, this post is not offtopic, either. You can't have a marriage without a wedding, and a wedding without alcoholic drinks, and alcoholic drinks in ample amounts without hangovers... and if you have a hangover you can't have a good time farming map2 the day after... unless you use hangover cures, of course.
