    There's an ongoing issue with the drop system on Ancestral Ruins floors, but its already fixed on test server and soon on the live servers as well

    So, will the players who have already wasted thousands of Andermants and Drakens on this ill-conceived event be ever compensated???
    I am seeing a pattern here, where ill-tested Events/Event Changes are launched and players are left to make heads from toe.
    Extremely regrettable!

    Title: Feedback Regarding PvE Seasons, Drop Rates, and Event Balance
    Hello,
    I'd like to share my experience and some constructive feedback regarding recent PvE seasons and overall game balance.
    In the previous PvE season, you had to purchase the cloak in order to be eligible for the jewel. I completed around 2,000 runs — no drop. I told myself, "Maybe next time." Then the next opportunity came, and I ran 1,300–1,500 times again — still nothing. At this point, it feels like I’m just throwing money away. I’ve decided to continue playing without the jewel, but I won’t be spending even a single euro more. You’ve lost a paying customer.
    Some serious balancing issues need attention:
    The Ancestor missions require 10 Mortis kills per week (40 per month).
    Yet, a player can only earn 25 Mortis passes from the Sargon event, which occurs once per month.
    ➤ Where is the player supposed to get the remaining entries?
    You often increase event progress requirements, but completely overlook the quality of the rewards.
    For example: 10 Dragon Bones and 10 Community Coins as monthly rewards?
    ➤ Does this seem rewarding enough to encourage players to invest time in these events?
    Many events are released with bugs. Then you take up to 10 days to fix them, during which time players lose motivation or simply quit participating.
    It’s becoming increasingly clear that there’s a disconnect between the development decisions and actual player experience. It seems like most updates are based on complaints or feedback, rather than a clear long-term design strategy.
    That said, I hope this post is taken seriously. I genuinely wish success to the game and the community.

    you can earn Mortis passes by buying 2024 Lucky Bags. You can find them in the shop with real money or you can buy them at Stellan Caprise 's shop near the cooking station in kingshill with kitchen coins (1 bag per day) BUT (like always with DSO) it is random, so you need luck.
    Moreover, some bonus codes or event can give passes.

    Also don't forget to get/acquire Kitchen Coins you must do the Daily PvP 1v1's challenges 16 times to actually get the 100 Coins after completing all Daily Challenges.. also depending on what Server your playing on you may never get those PvP Daily's completed.. PvP is Dead.. Honestly I hope it stays dead..

    Bigpoint needs to revaluate the drop rate for Tears of the Dragon. Fortune Hunters has been going on for what five months now. I have done it almost every day and I have five Tears of the Dragon. That kind of drop rate all my grandkids will have graduated college before I get enough items to craft the mount. That much playtime and have nothing to show for it players are losing interest.

    DSO is doing a really bad job:
    - When you buy travels for Azar, you can't choose the difficulty, it's random, so stupid.
    - When you use a travel for Paragon: once the boss is killed, you can't go back and kill the boss on the same difficulty. You have to go back to town to choose the desired difficulty again, which is sad.

    I've got the same number and rarely skip any runs either. I don't care about the mount anymore, lol.

    • I'm assuming the bug you introduced to fix cheating is the reason why monsters are healing faster & it seems random on armor breaking stuff like ToT? I noticed the healing part awhile back, I think it was the maintenance before this last one, but the armor breaking seems worse after this last one. I was doing Khalys on blood but now I'm dying a few times because it's like she randomly takes no damage at all.
    • I highly recommend doing updates for features like that either before or after big events UNLESS it's thoroughly tested which doesn't seem to be the case in general. I know there's some testers who actually do test & try to help, but I know there's many who just do test server for fun & to get a heads up on things instead of testing.
    • Did the drop rates get changed for the final PW boss chest? Before maintenance I was getting quite a few opal dividers & crafting chest, but after maintenance I've not got a single opal divider & pretty much just a crafting chest once in awhile & teleport cages. None of those are a big deal (for me at least), but curious if jewels got messed with again? It just feels like something got changed with this last maintenance, besides the other stuff mentioned.
