Bug Minor code error in Safeguard of Power (1/2)

    In the Resistance Command Center when a Dragon Knight character gets the Safeguard of Power quest from Alexander Campbell, he states to you ".... Only you, {0:i:amount}, can repair and strengthen the seal." It seems the code for the character's name to appear in the text is bugged. I think the error existed prior to r155, but was noted earlier today, post r155.
