I have a main character I use, and then 3 sub characters that are being mentored for lack of a better term. It's more that I wanted to try different character classes and also get bored with the amount of time it takes to level up once you hit 40 or higher. Anyway, I have bought andermant for all 4 characters and swear I had anywhere from 2000 - 4000 roughly in each player. When I log in now, it seems that every single player has the same, and it's now down to 1000-ish. What happened to all the andermant I had and why does it go into a group shared amount instead of each character having its own separate earned/bought amount? I hope the developers can fix this or I will end up having to do chargebacks on my credit card.

The Andermant goes to the one person who purchased it, the one owner of the account. Owners can use the Andermant as they see fit, equally or unequally on their toons. It's up to the owner, and more flexible that way, and a lot simpler.

You can divide the Andermant right away, if you want. Or keep a ledger like an accountant.

Um.. what? For a long time now, the ander is shared between characters. =) You're not missing ander.. you're missing some vital info.

Hmm...I guess I never noticed. It honestly seemed like each character had its own separate and distinct amount. I will take your word for it, but it really seemed like each character had different amounts.

When you log in all the characters you see to select from are from a single account and share that pool of Ander. You may have different accounts however and unlimited number of characters. Each login would be it's own account and share Ander.

If your character on a different server, then the Andermants will be different. So, basically it is a shared pool for all characters on a particular server and each server has its own pool of Andermants.
