Missing characters

I haven't played this game in a while but I recall I had 3 characters: a female ranger, a female spellweaver and a male knight. Now I came back to my account only to find out that I only got the ranger left. I don't know if it's because she was my first character, but I'd like to know what happened to the other two and if there's any chance I can get them back as well.

edit: I also just noticed items are missing from my ranger as well. All the items she had equipped seem to be there since there's no empty slots, but all my characters pretty much had full inventories and I kept struggling for space, now half her inventory is empty.
Did the characters got reseted or something? :/

I can't find a way to change my username.

Make sure you are selecting the right server.
If that does not help you should submit support ticket. There is nothing that we can help you with your issue here at forums.

About changing username. Before you log in try this link.
Though I am not sure if it will send you your username at provided email address or it will give you link for username reset. Anyway you can try it and if it is not resetting your username, you don't have to change anything.
