    I'm signed up for auto-renew, and going into the Classic Payment and checking status says I *am* on auto-renew but my premium status has vanished like a very small fart in a very large windstorm.
    It's Saturday night and I was looking forward to playing but I can't access enough of my inventory to actually do anything.
    If it says it's auto-renewing, why didn't it auto-renew?
