Mob Respawn location change?

    Do they?

    In my particular example, I was farming lv 39 green Zorlobb Expeditionary Warrior in Heart of Atlantis. There was a lot of them near B'Orlok.
    Right now the map only spawn 5, on another location.

    So, what is the catch?
