Modify legend stats with glypsh

    my little idea would be that we should be able to convert one stat to other stat what we dont need or want.
    i mean copy one stat over another stat.

    one modifycation should costs something 500k next 1 million third 1,5 fourth 2 mill

    but of course some of those glyphs should go inside current item. not to lost it all. or something :D

    i am pretty sure everyone likes this idea. those prices are example, might be higher tho.
