    When entry on normal lvl NPC has 62 live and dmg 20 - 22. Lvl Pain say the monster got 250 % live, but when enter they got more then 4000 points live. New maths ?

    Eh, you have to know, some (most) Normal maps don't scale to your level, they have a fixed level. The moment you go into Painful, it scales to your level/your average group level... plus 5.
