new account for test server needed

Hi! Having problems starting the test server for Oct 2015 and am assuming I created account in error though I followed the directions in the email see below:

So, do I need a new user name and password to try again?? Here's my current info
Permanent User Name: EDIT
Server: Agathorn
Test Server User Name: EDIT
Please let me know if any further info is needed....my email is on file....

Your username is the letters TS then the support ticket number followed with DSO.

If you look at the email I am sure that is your password not your usernsme. It follows a pattern they use for generated passwords.

Your test server login credentials should have been e-mailed to you and they will work on the test server you have access to. If you have trouble locating them, please be so kind and contact our Customer Care Team as soon as possible to be assisted with this matter.

I have all the credentials, no problem....my problem is that I may have messed up the process to run the game directly thru Firefox (my only option is to download client on homepage- the Play now option is gone....I've sent a query to the Support Center....We'll see if I can get it resolved in time to test....Thanks for input everyone! Love this game!!!!

 

Please try Internet explorer for this test please. I think people upgraded java so maybe that crippled Firefox atm.

Tried I.E. and Chrome; unfortunately, same thing....no option to play in browser....I may have to sit this one out...I can only guess that I messed up registering the test account by hitting select server which sent me into a loop to download the client since I have no PLAY NOW option available...I thank you and everyone else for your input....haven't given up yet....maybe Support Center can figure it out.

GUYS!! I got it fixed.....colour me a retard....guess what the problem was?? This idiot didn't have Java installed on his new computer....I've been spoiled by the direct client for 2 years LOL!!!!! I appreciate everyone's help and apologize for being such a newb on this...If Teddy Bear could delete this whole thread to save my reputation, it would be appreciated LOL!!!!

ok so i'm confused. i filled out the EDIT Drakensang Online Testing Feedback, That came in my email yesterday and after i filled it out DSO said it was going to be a guaranteed spot on the test server. but the test server is opening tommorow and i still haven't got-in any login info. so should i wait a little longer or contact customer support?.

 

Update: Firefox runs game perfectly just as client does...will wait to fully test server tomorrow...Thx again everyone!!!
