New Gear Idea.

    Just had this awesome thought...What if "Crown of the Victorious" was an actual peice of gear. A helm that has all the basic stats. For Example: 150 armor, 150 hp, 150 crit, 25 dmg, 10% crit dmg, 10 (mana,steam,rage,conc). Those would be the lvl 45 stats. The cool part is if can be worn with a set and you'd still get the set bonus. Can wear is with dark set, still get the bonuses but not the +35% crit increased from Dark Helmet. You get the idea. Also, if you get it at a lower lvl, it levels everytime you do. Sounds cool, any thoughts?

    It used to be a helm a long time ago before costumes were common. It had minimal armor and no other stats so people only ever wore it in town to show off, or if the were in PVE and were making a statement about how tough they were.
