    Hi everyone and Team Bigpoint,
I have been playing Drakensang Online for almost two weeks now as a solo player, and I feel compelled to share my experience because the game is fundamentally broken for new players.
Simply put: This game is not new-player friendly at all.
    1. An Elitist and Toxic Community:
About 7 out of 10 players I encounter treat me like I should already know everything, as if I've been playing with them for 6 years. There is zero patience for beginners who are trying to learn the mechanics, the maps, or their class.
    2. Forced Grouping & The "Begging" Meta:
The worst part isn't even the community; it's the game design itself. DSO constantly forces players into groups for events and Parallel World dungeons. As a new player, my stats are nowhere near ready for high-difficulty modes. Yet, the game design forces me to literally beg stronger players in chat to "carry" me through Infernal modes just so I can progress.
    3. A Dying Player Base:
It feels like there are no new players left—only hardcore veterans who have been here for 6+ years. If a game cannot welcome and sustain new blood without forcing them to rely on the charity of elitist veterans, that game has no future.
Please rethink the scaling for solo players and make progress achievable without mandatory high-tier group gating. New players want to play the game, not sit at the entrance of a dungeon waiting for a carry.
    Regards,
