Hi i'm a pretty new player, with a level 18 spellweaver. I've do PVP often, but I always see people in full red armor 3 shotting me. I get that spellweavers have low health, but these guys all have high defense as well. I asked some of them after a match where to get their armor and they just say farm the blackborg events, but i die really easily everytime i got to blackborg. Is there a special thing going on that lets poeple gets red armour fast?

The armor color itself is not very telling as any piece can be dyed any color you want. The blackborg map has the Karaboosa/new moon set. A popular set because of its bonus stats. You can find the numbers on the Drakensang Wiki. The "red" set actually has a crystal on it that cannot be died. It is a 4 piece set available from the Shangra La event. It is also popular because of its added damage if you have the full set. This set is not shown on the wiki, or wasn't last time I looked, because it is a variable stat set. If you plan to stay at 18 and PvP then do the events to get that gear. If you plan to level then don't worry about those pieces as youll quickly outgrow them anyway and want another set of them when you level. If you're dying in the Blackborg map then the simple but unwanted answer is: get stronger. Farm farm farm and when you get tired of doing that then farm a little more. There is no shortcut.

Full red armor? Is this the one with the crystal on the right shoulder? If thats the case, its the legendary red essence set, and the individual pieces all give bonuses to armor, hp and damage, and the full set also gives +15% damage bonus (to all sources of damage). The pieces drop at your level and also glyph up pretty cheaply. If your opponent is using that set, I wouldn't be surprised if the set is significantly glyphed up for those 3 stats andthus loaded with armor, hp and damage.

Yeah, most likely you're referring to the Essence Armament. As it's been said, it's a damage-focused set you can obtain from the Desert Of Essences event. Bear in mind that the torso has low drop-rate, and that we've had this event not that long ago, so it might take some time before it comes 'round again, if you want that set. However, as BigPapa said, you should focus on your normal game and aim for that set later on. Same for the Blackborg set. Leave it for later (at higher level you can get its "Powerful" version, with upped stats). Meanwhile, rack up those Realm Fragments, as you'll need them for both of the events mentioned above.

Personally, I wouldn't recommend PvP at low level, because you will face one of this game's plagues: the twinks (people who intentionally keep their characters at a low level and only do PvP with heavily increased gear they've farmed with an XP blocker - i.e. a person 5+ levels above them who, if in their group, will make them not get XP... thus, enabling them to farm for good gear they can upgrade a lot). I'm not guaranteeing you that it will be easy to do PvP at high levels, but at least then there won't be twinks (because then their equipment will be able to be matched by others).

I think you are referring to the red costume. It is only a costume, it doesn't give any advantage.
But if you see a player with a costume in a low level PVP match, they are twinks and is powerful.
