Hello,in last months of playing drakensang i just saw that in heredur server, top players are same, and for most of us arena never starts, you know it's boring to wait 20 minutes for a 3v3 or it's boring to met always same players,so i want to ask if it's possible to make a global pvp system,i mean if i register pvp and i'm heredur server,i can play versus daywaker2 from balor or versus Camako and other nice players from other servers.
I saw also in darkorbit there is a system like that, you can go duels vs all server players not only your, would be cool to have it also here, much more fun in arena and know different style of plays between us :)

If you can't find PVP players in Heredur, you must be playing while most of them are sleeping.
Remember Heredur is a European server, you need to play at European day time if you want to meet many of them.

I can get matches rather quickly during the night time on Agathon. Since Heredur is bigger and has more global players, I wouldn't think time of play is an issue. My point is, it's probably rank/statistics based that's an issue for high level PvPers waiting forever on matches to ring up, not the time of day. I know players on Agathon that can't find a match because they're too good... and it's during the DAYtime for Agathon when everyone else is on.

Your rank does have a vast effect on que ups. Group with 2 higher ranked players and you will get to pvp faster. On my stay on Heredur I almost never waited for a match. Granted the people are hard core there also.

world pvp battle will be awesome if put under actions XD everyones gonna love it for sure and i guess voting isnt necessary to ensure which server has the best numbers of pvp players...

Of course it's a great concept, but suggested several times before. I guess Guild PvP is a step in the right direction, but either way it's going to be a long wait before we can see something like this implemented, unfortunately.

As i see many of us didn't got what i said, well for normal players maybe it's normal play pvp all day and it starts, like on my dwarf of ranger, but when i play on my warrior,it's actually impossible that arena starts faster than 5 minutes, and well the only one who starts it's 5v5, @trakilaki i play also 6v6,but you know, also there just too much waiting.
Go ask who you want as top player and they all will tell you they got the same problem.
Playing arena with all servers would be intresting also to see new game tactics and new players, and i don't think it will be a hard thing to do for BP.

Broaden the player pool by combining servers for PVP to shorten wait times and get matches closer to your level/rank. It's a great idea and has been discussed frequently. No action taken on it by BP.

International play sounds cool, until you factor the delays caused by long distance communication lines.
You think lag is an issue now, wait 'til some matches go up in smoke because of more internet service providers!

    Exactly my thought was.
What server it will be? Because I refuse to play on Agathon or Tegan. Are those players from Agathon and Tegan willing to play on European servers? Because in both ways one side will be disadvantaged by the lag.
Or it will be a new server placed in the middle ... into the deeps of the Atlantic Ocean ... perhaps?

Or just change the servers to more expensive, like the rest of the games do.
This might fix the rubberbanding that sometimes happen durring day time.

Waiting time is sometimes 20 minutes. So it's not really an option, meanwhile I will match up 2x in 3v3 or few times in 1v1

Instead of international PvP matchmaking, put all European servers in one pool and all U.S servers in another pool. There wouldn't be too much lag, I would think.

Waiting time for me is less than a 20-25 seconds (except between 00:00 and 08:00 when most of the players are sleeping).
European servers are well populated ... that could apply only to US servers.

Nice for u, but here r many player which have very long waiting time.
good idea lordo! daywaker has written in german forum about this topic 6 months ago, until now no response from bp.

There might be ever a larger problem with pvp on a separate sever. The data for your char being secured needs special ways to be accessed the more hands in the pot the more problems. Loosing all your gear is not a good thing. So many possibilities I care not to mention.

^this is the solution^ even if it wasn't every server in one there could be split battle groups of servers.
