So, as a thought either looking forward to another skill level or as an adjustment to current skills to give a level ground to rangers.... DKs and Mages each have a "bleed" skill that still works even when opponent or monster is not in contact. How about Rangers getting a skill that say, when an opponent is marked, the precision shot does its current dmg, and then does 20% of the attackers base dmg each second for the next 3 seconds?

I really like the idea. Cause with the latest adjustment to all characters Dragon Knights got the crazy healing ability and Spell Weavers have their fire after burn effect on the opponent. But ranger on the other hand we are so venerable now. So I think adding poison effect on our marking ability like the Spell Weavers fire burn would be a way the even the playing field for all 3 class.

What? Did I just read this? You know a ranger hits "twice" as hard when people are marked? Compared to fireball and smash, a ranger's precision shot does the MOST dmg after marking. The "bleed" effect is the "slow" of the mark which allows you to land your precision shots much easier. Rangers don't need a buff with their arrows.

    "if" they are marked!!!
most of the time i spend half of the bettle 2 mark the oponent and he blinks behind an obstacle just when i try 2 use precision...
And if you dont try 2 mark the target Precision shots are harder 2 aim than firebals.

Rangers already have a "bleed" skill (death swing). Okay, I don't think any L45 ranger does use this sill, but it exists.
Making the precision shot stronger is in my opinion a quite bad idea, because it's very strong anyway and the classes are balanced quite well at the moment.
It is true, that is not that easy to get a marked hit with a precision shot, but against mages most of the time one or two hits are enough to defeat them.
Beside that, I like the idea of a little bit more bleeding for rangers, but rather for skills like the hunting trap or the blade dance.

if precision shot hit mark enemy deals 2 x damage + adding 20% poison damage for 3 sec
i think is OP, because give 60% extra damage

but if u want more bleeding skill
when precision shot hit mark enemy cause 40% more damage + 20% poison damage for 3 second

    maybe is ok

It is your own problem then, cause I see many do fine. Increase your attack speed if you having trouble and learn to move. Precision shot is one time dmg unlike fireball burn which you can debuff or turn "immune" to. Easier to last hit as well because of the "one hit" dmg.

precision shot don't mark. its only when you mark with green arrow or your other marking skill. So the damage that will be given to the opponent is portion of your weakest attacks.

Death swing is pretty useless after lvl 25. Rangers have the slowest stuns, and if you miss a mark and then precision shot it is akin to a bb gun. SWs can freeze, nova, and chain you to death. DKs and dwarves get the "immortal" time. Yes, when properly marked a precision shot can do good dmg, but we are lucky to get off one shot... Maybe 2 if opponent is slow, or has never faced a ranger before! lol
