New stats for Witch Chaser set

oh noooo. I SO wanted the pauldrons with the PERCENTAGE damage. argh
I don't understand a nerf on gear they state will drop less often.

Only the bonuses are nice but unlikely I will ever wear 3 pieces when I have other nice gear.

 

According to the notes, Gnob will sell the old pauldrons for Draken. What we don't know is how they will deal with the stats (random, average, or ?).

 

well the items will be 45 lvl i think. so bigger stats maybe

Yeah yeah, that edit 1k draken drop. Freaking BP just can't keep the word and make it 20-200 drakens. Too freaking unfair for some lucky people to get 1k draken while the rest suffer. Why should I kill vargulf 70 times and only get 700 draken while some idiot gets 1k in one go huh? Stupid Lottery system, make it 20-200 so that people who do it gets more even draken unlike some stupid 1k draken drop. People can fight more and get more instead of a ridiculous "jackpot". For those who got the 1k drop don't give me a stupid reply saying its fair.

 

How amuzed to see someone blamed everything for luck. u have no luck then u should suck it up, easy and simple. It is not a patch specified for certain ppl,everybody has a chance.If drop change from 10-1000 to 20-200 and u still get 20 per round,i assume u will still cry about"why everybody gets 200 and i get 20,it should be 20-50 for fair".
The truth is u cant judge everything with ur own reason.
And BTW i didn't get 1000draken too,i just enjoy seeing baby cry

 

It is called "Luck" and "Jackpot" for a reason... How often do you hear about someone getting 100k ander from the Gold Chest? Yet do you hear about people complaining that they didn't get it? Or how about real life? Ever bought a lottery ticket even though you knew the odds were not in your favor and then complained when you didn't win $50 Million? I haven't gotten luck yet, but you know what they say... "You can't win if you don't play." So stop complaining about your bad luck and keep trying.

The stats for the new set is weaker than the old one. Even the old ones in lv 40s could give better values than new lv 45 items. I would appreciate if those added damage are not max but average instead to make up for the lost in 2-piece bonus.

The examples you quoted is not quite like the drop for 1000 draken. In real life only 1 win the first prize in the lottery, let alone the drop rate for 1000 draken is certainly higher than winning a first prize in real life lottery. And that the more the people win, the prize splits in real life. So it's incomparable. But I understand what implications you are trying to make.

The fact that people get mad seeing others got the prize but themselves not is inevitable. Yeah suck it may be, but that's when fun fades along. I am not against the 1000 drakens, just saying anyway.

 

People complaining about the 1k draken drop are just being unreasonable, and obviously unlucky. Just for the record, I did not get the 1k drop. You cannot really complain about being given the chance to get 1k draken, those complaining are either envious (of others' winnings) or angry at their lack of luck. If any of the complainers got the 1k drop, he/she would not be complaining, so it's not the fact that you could get the drop that bothers them but the fact that they were not the ones to get it.

 

I played half of day event and did not get unique drop ... so my question is: what did you do to event drop rate of unique? 0.0

 

the stats are NOT for warriors is terrible! no armor no hp. this set is perfect for ranger and mages...

like always all set for warrios expect keen are very bad... ffff

 

it is more like:

5%-10% chance to get one unique item

 

yeah tell me after 77 times i get 2 hats 2 axes 2 shoulders and no armor to complete the set... ffff

 

I don't know how the drop rate works but I've got 1000 drakens, 100 drakens, 2 jerkins, around 5-6 drops of 10 drakens, and 1 dark mage costume just for 15 runs in the event boss.

 

now events is all about darkens ..no good gears no good rewards for completing events ...drakens !!!! for what .....silly items from knob this game need events like coin event ..or we will say once up on a time was a good game called drakensang online

 

I got about 60+ kills of karabossa and only Witch Chaser Helmet. That is just wrong, maybe BP made so I need to kill her 10000 times to get, full set.

 

At about 35-40 kills, I got 5 or 6 axes, the pauldrons once and the 100 draken only once... It is all luck and hoping for the best. The difference between me and the rest of you complaining is that I don't want the new gear. I'm only running the spider for the draken and melt.

 

I got the whole Witch Chaser set, and I used it for a while. The max dmg, att spd, HP and resist were nice. It performed well in PvP and in everyday PW activities (HoD Map 2, etc). When I went to Mortis (using blue essence, what I normally use), I felt like a squishy marshmallow. I didn't think 7% less armor reduction would make a big difference, but it definitely did. I had to go back to Dark Armor pieces for the next run.

I think it is a good set for non-tanks. I would even want to use it for a lot of things, but I don't want to spend a fortune in gold switching my gems (especially head gems) when I need to do a serious tank job.

I also had the spider axe weapon. Other than having nice (+600) crit chance, it was nothing special. It felt very slow after using a sword with one speed enchantment on it. The damage was about average. Cold resistance was... hahaha. Who needs cold resistance? I went back to using my sword. I like the fast attack speed.

 

i dont like that set its stupid and good only for melt.many says old set was better when i ask them

 

The old set not only gives me significantly more overall damage but i only need 2 pieces to get a nice 20% crit.dam. bonus making it more flexible to use in tandem with other gear. Bad gear without 3 piece bonus. Combining bad drop rates with my bad luck I expect it will take several events to drop the other 2 pieces. (1 pauldron of low stat,2 weak a** axes,1 100drak-rest 10's,more useless 'waves' than I can remember) oh, and 2-3 trips with no darken drop at all. lol
