Not sure; Possible Bug

I am working on the "Operation Ophidion (2/6). I have completed the first three parts of the quest. I need to "steal the chest from the workshop foreman". When I click on the quest to get the path it keeps telling me to "re-enter the map". I have re-entered the map, logged out, restarted the game completely, I even went back through the door to Thunder Crest and re-enter back into Stalgard, unchecked the box from the quest before re-enter and re-checking when I get back in Stalgard and I get the same message.

The question that I have is if I am in party with someone that has already done this quest and is on another part will that affect it? I went as far as having the person in party stay in Thunder Crest while I re-enter, and left party and it still happened.

1. The quest guidance is not showing it because it is not on the map. Workshop Foreman Kilanoff is spawning on the map only after you click the control panel ... that is why the guidance can't find it.
2. You must cancel the quest and take it again. You already used the control panel and killed Kilanoff (you or someone else in the group) and you didn't take the chest. Drops are vanishing after some time and you must ask all the members of your group to leave the map and re-enter again ... since the control panel is already used on that instance. If you continue your quest you will never be able to spawn Kilanoff again since you can't get the control panel on the map.
The only solution is to cancel and re-take the quest.
3. Don't use the quest guidance system so much ... it is lot more easier to open and maximize the map (M) and see the area where you should do the quest or part of the quest. All areas are named and flagged in the minimap.

 

Thank you! I used the control panel and spawned Kilanoff, not realizing he would be dropping a box. I will cancel the quest and retake it again.
