    same problem, impossible to play, server constantly overloaded, entering the game in town it works but entering a map no, especially on an anniversary event, since this morning I haven't been able to do a single arena, surely BP will add days for nothing :):):)): because the problem will remain again and again

    Unable to play, I have spend more then 1000$ on this game with premiums every month and I receive this?
    I am stuck in Anniversary ship location, and receiving error 36 all day.

    I can't log in to the game all day!!! In the morning, I went to the Ghost Ship to spend hammers and that's it, from that moment he won't let me into the game - error 36!!!! From whom to demand compensation? A lot of hammers, clubs for pinata, Pirate gold...I can't spend anything!!!! Why did I farm it all for a month? tech support is not responding! I've lost everything I've been saving up for all month of the game!
