My plan for my level 41 (soon to be 42) Spellweaver is to put just rubies in my level 39 Legendary Wand, and sapphires and onyx in my level 40 Legendary Crystal. Is there anything else that will accept sapphires and/or onyx?

Just weapons and weapon decorations, except in the case of one piece of bugged event equipment - but that should be fixed now (I hope).

At the link below, you should find almost anything you want (or don't want) to know about gems:

There are also gems with offensive characteristics that can only be placed on helmets and the link above mentions them at the bottom.

Thank you for the reference, however; regarding my question it only told me just what you said: weapons and weapon decorations. I am familiar with wand and staff weapons. For Spellweavers what weapon decorations are there beside crystals?

There are just Crystals of different levels and names xD
Same with DKs which have only teeth-like objects, and Rangers which have arrowheads.

Not that it would matter anyways, they would still have the same stats as any left side item. (excluding uniques of course)
