Please be honest with the players

please show the % of drop rate of some items in lucky bag... I oppened 50 of this, and no jewel chest. the most useful thing for me in the moment. but zero. And I saw many people with the same thing. Start show the % of the thins we see. Many people think that's is one/one. but no, more than half it's only premium day. and most people who pay for this already use deluxe, so premium days are useless. and pw, should give any random jewel, cause that is what is said on descrpition "random jewel" and this mean anything. but only few type of gems come there. that's very sad. so people keep going there, a lot of times, and keep repeating the same jewels. what's the problem in being honest with the players? transparent and clear? I know the focus of the game is get the most money possible of the players with the less effort possible, and trick them it's part of this. there's no care about change bugs that we see day after day. but this make me sad. I saw the drop rate of my mystic cubes decreasing, while of my friend in the first deluxe is very high, and the jewel drop rate for her, was very high with 2x drops. every run with me in grimmag she get more cubes than me, and both of us with deluxe, so? money, money, money, the big money, just money, just think about money, ok, no more money for you. I'll never pay one cent again for you. Think about that, why put some things so rare, that we can't get. thinking about that we will pay, and pay, over and over again, until get the most rare thing on the loot? everybody knows the point about get entrances for sargon. there's drop the most powerful amulet, with very high damage bonus... and put a lot of effort to get just one entrance outside of events. and puit the entrance on a bag. that you need get 6 to get one. but you need 300+ runs just to get that amulet. tryng to fishing the big sharks. that's all of you think, money. think smart, do small changes, correct the bugs, and the players will back. it's that simple, the simple well done works, always.
