    Please do not experience lag or stuttering. If I encounter this issue in the game, I usually log off and stay offline for a day, a month, or even half a year. This situation severely impacts my gaming experience. This problem has persisted since the Winter Solstice event until yesterday.

    I've been having the same problem for weeks and it's not good. The game stutters everywhere. I've done all the cleaning procedures and nothing, and that's why I play so little, it's not fun at all. I won't play until they fix this serious problem.
