Pls Help

    So i had almost 1 year ago my first character,i logen in over facebook.
    I live in Bosnia and Hercegovinia,i was not possible to have option to use paysafe card.
    So i started a new character at Aeria Games,they have option to use paysafe card,so now i have a lvl45 character,and my problem is that i want to use Client from drakensang,but when i click connect with facebook i connect's my old account,but i want to use my new character,which i started 6 months ago.
    I also connect at Aeria Games with facebook,there is no log in data!!
    Is there any way to help pls i have very bad lag since release 134 :/

    Hello vultus70, :oops:

    All I can tell you is that if you register through a partner, you have to continue playing through it, you cannot switch from one partner to another. Also, payment methods are automatically assigned and new options cannot be added manually, even if they are available through a different partner. However, for all these account issues, you will need to contact our Customer Care Team.
