Possession and Ascension quest broken?

I'm not sure, but it seems the "Possession and Ascension" quest in Slifmoor is broken. I can't complete it.

I did "Possession and Ascension (1/2)" just fine but the 2nd part "Possession and Ascension (2/2)" just can't be completed.

I completed the first 2 parts of it, something with a well and picking some herb, but the 3rd and final part of this quest where it says you need to get the Sword of Order from a Nefertari Herald... this is impossible...

I've killed literally 100+ or more Nefertari Heralds throughout Slifmoor over and over again, and NONE of them drop the bloody Sword of Order quest item for me, so I can never complete this quest, and frankly I'm tired of getting swarmed from all sides by 100000000000 of Undead soliders and archers while trying to find a Nefertari Herald that will drop the item for me..............

Please help.

 

I remember the quest... it is just a really low drop rate and you need a fair amount of luck to get it. Don't worry, Wait for Atlantis and the "Turtle Shield," cus that one is even worse.

 

I'm on the Tegan server and completed all of the silfmoor quests last night without any noticeable difference from the last time I did it with the higher lvl characters.

 

So I just have to kill 100000000000 Nefertari Heralds more and hope for the best? lol
It's really annoying trying to get them with the constant respawning of 100000000000 Undead Soldier and Archers always swarming you from all sides every 60 sec, though.

 

While silfmoor is a pain, just wait until you hit heart of atlantis and abyss of time. You'll feel like a fish in a barrel.

 

Believe it or not I got that drop from first kill 1 week ago. If you are having hard time with monsters around I suggest you to get in group with higher level players and finish the quest. You will not gain XP and drop rate of items is bad but you will finish the quest very fast.

 

I'm level 23, so I'm a level or so above the enemies. That's not the issue. The issue is that they are swarming me 30-40 enemies at the same time, and all of them have like 100 dmg per attack and with a HP bar of only 680, you die from 6 attacks =P

Anyway, yesterday I spent hours trying to get the Sword of Order, and now that I logged on first time to play today, I got it instantly... It was like the 3rd Nefertari Herald that I found that dropped it.

Guess I was just unlucky yesterday =)

 

That sounds exactly like Drakensang... Days of no luck followed by a day of surprising luck... sort of funny how it always works like that.

 

just 1 year with no saphires drop.. and 6 saphires (0,5-0,5-0,5-1-1-2.5%) in 2 days...

 

Huh, wait until you hit 1k gold cloak quest. You can stare at your screen for 8 hours straight and not have a single piece drop. I've seen quite a few of these instances gl with luck!
