    Hi,

    Is there a thread already about post-feedback? I would like to read it if there is one.

    I mean the 3rd and 4th part here:

    1. Asking feedback (CMs/Bigpoint) -> 2. Giving feedback (Players) -> 3. Answers to feedback/Actions (CMs/Bigpoint) -> 4. Monitoring/Corrective actions (CMs/Bigpoint)

    IMHO, (3) is mostly talk around problems or feedback; actions are mostly to create other problems.
    (4) is mostly theoretical; it doesn't happen in real time.
