Potions Stack size still 99

    According to the announcement made on Release 147; Potions Stack size would be increased to 999, but max. stack size is still 99. Do i read it wrong? Someone please explain. Thanks.

    The recent maintenance was a hotfix for R146, not the implementation of R147.
