    hi there im trying to renew my premium but it said already activated and i tryed to send ticket but there is limited option in describing the problem please fix this so i can renew it ...

    Best place to sort this problem out is to contact the support and list your problem whether as 'Game Problem' or 'Payment problem' take screen shots and describe your problem. I don't think we can help you with this issue unless you contact the support.
