    In my Premium is stats that I have a Tempest Pheonix. But I never got one! Now my days are almost up.

    Where's my Tempest Pheonix?

    Hello @Antag76 and welcome to the forums,

    The Tempest Phoenix is only given with purchased premium, not with free premium packages that might be awarded for free. If your premium was indeed purchased and you didn't receive your Tempest Phoenix, please contact support (the link is in my signature).

    As we cannot help you further here on the forums, I am going to close this thread.
