problem to log in

    hello, for almost 3 days i could not log in to the game for connection problems, but my internet connection works right. what should i do?

    Hello Sucula and welcome to DSO EN Forums! Sorry to welcome you in such circumstances and here are few things you could do:

    - check your system for any malware and make sure you have all related software up to date;
    - try to follow instructions HERE and if that doesn't work then:
    - delete DSO completely , clean up your registry and make a fresh install;
    - if the above - mentioned instructions don't bring about any resolution you may try to use System Restore and roll back your system to let's say 4 days back, to the time , when you could actually log in;
    - in case where nothing else works - contact our Support ( link in my signature ) ;
