Support problem with French support

    I have a problem with the French support
    I made a request to retrieve an object sold by mistake due to a lag problem
    570 mystic cubes of rank 6
    the French support responds to me that he does not return the objects, sold, thro

    w by mistake, crafter

    I do not understand why he refuses to give me back my mystic cubes
    it's the first time this has happened, I have always been made the object sold or thrown by mistake
    I also contact the english support who tells me that he can not do anything that I have to see the problem with the french support who closed the ticket
    could you explain to me why they do not want to return the object to me, whereas they have always done it before
