Problem with skills

    Hi all.
    I have problem with my skills. I wrote three times to the support - they can't help me! Pls, see the video:
    Tell me, who can help me? My hero is in server Grimag

    because you are level 25 ,both skill need level 30 for cyanite shield and 40 for supernova ,so not depend on your wisdom level or fame level but ur character level ,I tested with my level 14 char ,bahemoth talent (50% weapon dmg ) just reset everytime changing instance ,but after level up to 15 that skill can be selected

    Thank you very much for your answer. Now I understand where is the problem.

    Again and again EDIT .... The last patch is a disaster. I don't like the new system for skills. They not only destroyed my hero, but also are taking away everything that helps me on the arena.

    1) Support is willing - and capable - to help if you provide adequate information for them to investigate
    2) Your registered a/c language is Bulgarian. If you are not content with the advice of the Bulgarian Support Team, kindly take the matter up with them.
