Problem with switch characters

I cant switch to my main character mage. Only play with ranger now and that is bad. I play in browser Mozilla Firefox, same problem is in client. Java 7. 67 version. What to do ?

Are your Mage and Ranger created under the same account? If you have registered them under two different usernames, you will not be able to switch between them - you have to log out completely and log into the other account.

If this is not the case, please give us more details about the problem you are experiencing.

If you could give us more details about the problem you are experiencing, it would be great. What happens when you try to switch characters? Which is the point where you get stuck?

 

This is connections failed always when I wana change character, and sometimes when I change the map in the game.

I will try to re install Java.

I install Java 7.60 and is still problem.

Please also make sure you empty your DSOClient temp folder as well, and clear your browser's cache and cookies.
