    i, 10 minutes ago I just created a real Amethyst by combining 3 sarmed amethysts but it has not given me the achievement of making a real amethyst, with that achievement I could already have the achievement of "Jeweler" and the achievement of "Jeweler Skillful "because that was the last logo I needed and he didn't give me anything, that's why I'm looking for help. already pobe restarting the game and nothing

    In theory, that achievement should be working. As far as I know, you are already in contact with our support team. They will have to check your account. Support will answer you as soon as possible.
    We can't give you assistance here in the forum regarding that matter.
