PvP Broken OUT OF bloody BALANCE, FIX IT Developers!!!

Apparently if you upgrade items by playing or hacking darkensang a lvl 23 character can equip lvl 38-lvl40-lvl45 equipment and do PvP. I had a character lvl 28 with legendary set full with armor jems and resistance. I did to that lvl 23 player 120 dmg while he hit me with 800 normal hit followed by over 2k dmg crit.

Characters fixed level MUST NOT BE ALLOWED to equip items that are higher lvl than the character. If a player upgrades a low lvl item increasing that stats and level of the item above the character level MAKE IT SO THE ITEM CAN NOT BE EQUIPPED and if equipped MAKE IT SO that the starts and bonuses become INACTIVE. [This restriction can be removed for the cap 50 lvl players]. So a player who has played for a long time will not just make a low lvl character and do crazy pvp on low lvls and taking the fun away from many.


Many players, new players who are wiling to invest and spend money on the game have RAGE QUITED because the pvp system is soo unbalanced and unfair. A lvl 23 character can not hit me with over 2k crit when I have a full deff legendary set which i have farmed for days... EDIT

No those player was not hacking, they simply have upgraded and some how equipped high lvl items on low lvl champs giving them unfair advantage.

The developers MUST, MUST fix this issue and patch this up.

This is highly unacceptable and unfair for new players, and many have left the game, and many wont start it due to that reason... Pvp is part of the game has many fun modes and its great but needs to be BALANCED.

I spoke to the GAME SUPPORT TEAM they told me to make a forum post .... not very helpful customer support especially when I've invested money in the game and being treated like that ... UNREAL.

@Mal3ficient but cheating and bug exploits are perfectly fine? I don't see anyone doing anything to fix those problem... For someone who has invested money in a game this is atrocious!!!

 

Exploiting and cheating are not fine but everything mentioned in your post is completely legal. The game mechanics are working that way, meaning, the game has been designed that way intentionally.

...soon you will realize that this is the mechanics of the game and those new players they will realize also by reading forum ask for advice to those players who played for long. This is a different game, you cannot compare this to other game which is more likely same roles.. i'll give you a hint, first this gem crafting. At first lots of players complaining about this method but DSO still not changing there method of crafting. In general this type of game design for long playing game that you cannot finish by few days or month. you need to grind items to make strong. And in addition those player have higher lvl of equipment as per lvl is concern, that is legit because they spent time of farming or money to reach that level.

 

According to the Nov 1 2016 updated ToS, pushing and boosting are ILLEGAL, and in a sense the op is complaining about twinks.
So are YOU saying the ToS is not valid?
Until DSO decides to repair the game mechanics to stop the ILLEGAL play, doesn't the player base have the right to complain then about the obvious twink scourge infesting every server that DSO has?
Aren't you getting tired of the complaints about twinks and wouldn't it be nice to finally solve the issue than have to read 32mil posts about that problem?

 

The opening post is a twink complaining that they got spanked by another stronger twink. Kind of hard to muster up any real sympathy for him.
As for "pushing": dual-logging is prohibited. Legit grouping with a larger player(s) is not. If Big Point wished to prevent twinking, they only need to remove the scaling XP reduction/block which is applied when a character groups with a larger level character. In spite of our repeat suggestions, they have elected not to do so.
