PVP skills in PVE ?

hello, i read recently somewhere that pvp skills after 25lv work in pve

my questions are:
- does they work after 25lv, meaning 30 or 25 included
and
- do i have to be in pvp mode in the pve zones in order for the pvp skills to take effect there

You do not have to be flagged for PVP, for the right skills to work. In the definition of the skills you can look for works like "against other players" or "in a match" or "in competition" that tell you it is PVP only. The level 35 escape skill and level 40 is also useable in pve. The others would be depending on your class. But the words will tell you if you can do it in PVE.

- 25lvl skill from fame tree is included in those which work in PVE
- Noup, they work everywhere without PVP mode

the skills start applying from lvl 25 onwards.
no pvp mode is not required.
