quest: Shimmering Stone 2/2

    The Andrakasch quest Shimmering Stone 2/2 is bugged at the end. The workbench is missing the recipe. When the items (crystal, tincture, sand & tool) are placed in the workbench the msg, 'Unable to find a matching recipe... blah, blah, blah' appears.

    Not a game stopper since the quest is finished upon gathering the items and talking to the npc. The quest reward is the craft; flawed ruby. So the ingredients can be tossed.
