    Witch is best for ranger Long Bow or Short bow ? and witch one goes better with the Scattered shot attack ?

    It's based on your preference. Do you want faster attack speed or do you want to conserve on the use of concentration and essences? For PvP, you should definitely go with shortbow as speed is the #1 must have for killing your opponents and is easier to land shots on them. If you're just a PvE guy, then probably go with longbow so you can use less essences and deal more damage (as far as dmg per concentration ratio goes). Personally for me, I use shortbow in both PvP and PvE.
