    Hey there @Ren_Alanera ,

    As I explained before, you have to contact EN Support to proceed with the booking of your reward.
    You don't have to say sorry ;)
    Currently our booking admins are offline. The best is to write to the support and give them a time where you surely will be offline and they will book your items.
