Every Dungeon usually has a strong boss stationed at the end of map.
To make Dungeon runs challenging, the boss monster in every dungeon appears in random places of dungeons while we are engaging a small mob. The boss that appears like this do not have the actual HP it posses instead theY will have HP equivalent to other Elite mini bosses but deals ACTUAL DAMAGE and has its unique attacks.
This will not affect HP or Damage of the boss at his actual position and we have to fight him again at the end with his full actual HP.
The boss doesn't drop anything when they are beaten at different regions except for his actual place. The boss spawning at different regions will influence the drop rate of boss at the end.
The dungeon bosses might spawn more than once at different places in the dungeon. This will determine the drop rate of the boss at the end of dungeon.
If the boss appears once at random place, he drops a sure blue drop. If he appears twice then a sue extraordinary and if appears thrice then a LEGENDARY for sure.

BigPoint made a good move implementing champion monsters.
I think they should be used everywhere. Specialy in Parallel Worlds.

But I think they forgot to implement a good drop table for them, hehe.

I think a further improvement should be made where the drop rates are influenced not only by the RNG when the monster dies, but also how challenging the group of mobs is.

    Example of current mechanic:
Boss Heredur appears + rage champion mob = RNG drop from Heredur + RNG drop from the rage champion mob.

    Example of improved mechanic:
Boss Heredur appears + rage champion mob = RNG drop from Heredur + RNG drop from the rage champion mob + weighted drop that has been determined by the difficulty of the monster group.
Give increased RNG because the challenge was bigger.

Your idea is good, but I think they should add more depth to the existing RNG drops.
