Random disconnects

Game (client) keeps randomly disconnecting since some patch was applied awhile ago. I can't remember, my memory is not what it used to be.

I seem to remember someone saying and having the same problem somewhere in the test server area. I did suspect the antivirus is doing it, but I can access other sites with no problem during the disconnect period.

I have also noticed the forum, as well as the main site is unavailable during the disconnect period. This last up until 1 minute, then everything is fine.

Does someone experience the same problem on the main server?
I play on Grimmag.

 

Me and another 10+ players have huge problem with disconnects (I call them "game kick"),the same is on TS.And when this disonnect is active you can't open forum (only if device have difirent IP addres),also Grimmag sever.Ofc "support" say clear cash.....I even contact my internet provider,no crash in last 30 days

For me it seems more like a kick from server (& a IP block for few min for all drakensang online websites)
All people i read of having this issue yet are from balkan region playing on grimmag server. Seems something like a region/IP block.
Using VPN helps.

 

Its happening for weeks now, as for the cache thing, nope. Clean installs on 2 different computers. Also changed the router too. Its a problem on their side, not ours.

 

That is why I call them "support";support will ask for some additional questions and try to find where is the problem (server-game-user PC.....)

Not only that someone else have the same issue, I can confirm you that it is not a small number, and all of them are from the same region as You.

My advice is to check with your ingame friends with the same issue, do you have:

• The same ISP

• Same type of connection (WiFi or Ethernet)

• Problems only via client

Maybe somewhere in traffic, some packages get stuck for a short amount of time (more people online - longer period (I guess that isn't the same amount of time every time)).

Only thing I am sure 100% - you are not the only one with this problem!

 

Same problem on Heredur

 

same here, tryed all posible from deleting cache to runing antivirus, calling provider, checking conection and other. lot of people in the same region have same problems, whe ar not sparta, whe ar balkan

 

I am from balkans too and i play both on grimmag and heredur servers,i have very few disconnects maybe 1 every 3-4 weeks.Other than that my ping went up from 62ms to 72ms (50mbps internet connection) but i dont have any other problem.Lucky me
