    I hope its not just with my ranger, but its happening quiet frequent : I use adrenaline to replenish my concentration and ............. 0 concentration.

    True, it's so annoying, about 30% of the time my concentration doesn't refill

    Skills getting bugged is a very old issue.
    It happens when you start lagging, adds up to the rubberbanding mess.
    I have similar problems many a times.
    another one, Wolves don't spawn but cooldown starts ticking.

    Im sure its not lag , ive an awesome connection , my windows dont download updates automatically , no one else uses my connection. So im sure its not lag. The wolves used to fail for me too , but actually they dont. I remember they always fail a lot at that first corridor on second map going to grim. But they are working fine now.
