Redeeming bonus from email

Hi All,
I received an email indicating I have a bonus waiting:
10x Universal Healing Potion
5x Lunar silver
5x Mighty Spirit Guard
5x Kaboom explosive
999x Essence of Destruction

There was no code provided, just a "Get you bonus now!" button to bring me into the site via browesr. It brought me to "News" where I can buy anders, redeem voucher, etc.

When I log into the game, no bonus appearead - What exactly am I missing? Should I see a code in the email to redeem via website? This is not the first time I've missed out on a bonus this way.

Do you have character(s) on another server? Most likely, it is on a server you have not played in a while. I say that because that looks like the "please come back and play" package.

 

I've only got toon on one server - that's the east coast US. I once visited the west coast server but never started a toon.

Would it be toon specific? I have 3 toons I rotate on the same server.

Hmmm, it shouldn't be toon specific - just server specific. Guess I'm out of ideas, sorry.

If it was a "Return to Duria" offer, those are sent out to inactive players. They are invalid if:
~ the player has received such an offer previously
~ the player has not been inactive - i.e. the offer was sent out inadvertantly
~ the player has logged into their a/c after the offer was sent without using the embedded link in the offer
