Region switching login issue.

    My main account is set to login to Agathon, as I play in the united states with a friend. However I cannot login to this account. No matter where I try to login the portal times-out. In the Drakensang Thin client this is seen where the login button greys out after a click and the client sits and does nothing, with over an hour of testing. On the website it takes me to a chrome; "server failed to respond" page.

    I know this is to do with moving regions for an account as when I tried to switch this new account from Heredur to Agathon I reached the same timeout page and URL as when trying to login my main account.

    I couldn't find an existing support thread about this so I've made my own. But I may have missed it.

    Uninstall the game and remove all DSO files/ folders. Make a fresh installation and see if it helps. It usually works. You may also disable firewall, antivirus etc. and see if it helps. I would dig it until it works. BTW - maybe that will help- have a read HERE
