    Well I guess people will be commenting here in 2 days from now since we still don't know how will Rel 174 be like, but I just want to say one thing for the moment. You guys decided to add a shop button on respawn screen, when you could make it easier for us to just activate the chat option to contact other members for help. It seems just useless for us :S And before anybody say "this might benefit solo play"... first of all it's pretty clear who will be benefited from this action and secondly people who chose to play solo keep an amount of andermant to avoid situations like this.

    Not sure if that counts prior to the release, but you guys have done thag again. That migbt have been an awesome set for mages, but you killed it with completely useless bonus for completely useless skill. You do give DKs the Iron Brow candies, archers the adrenaline candies, mages a complete joke.

    Can you just apply some very basic thinking and compare 'iron brow cooldown is reduced by 5 sec' to 'hit with ice missile' (which no one uses anyway ) will do something (useless) if the opponent 'is covered in ice'. Cannot you make it even more complicated?!

    Do you guys feel the value of DK bonus vs the value of Mage bonus? It is ridiculous, and it is absolutely not funny. Just remove that skill completely. Better release the set with no bonus at all.

    great to see little buff in ice missile coz it's pretty useless now :) im not sure though if the new Q8 set with that buff will solve the balance problems in pvp... it will be pretty op skill with that set... super fast flying, slowing bullets that pierces enemies, 140% or 150% of your base dmg with no mana cost.. i see super fast 1h mages rising again :)

    the prices of uniques is way 2much it should be at least 25% less or at least it should be a currency with no inventory space needed

    New PW... seems cool. Nice uniques - the torso caught my eye, as I don't have a good % damage one yet. Might farm for it lv3.

    Latency indicator - nice.

    Dragan later on - nice, though I'll have to miss it due to RL priorities. I just hope it won't come out ruined.

    Tier numbers on items - nice, but as someone else said, it saves us a second when checking, hehe.

    New Warthog mount - another one in the flood of these lately... really, cut it out or add more as non-cash-only. Before, some ended up in Gnob's (un)Lucky Spheres, so it was rather OK, knowing that there's an in-game, no-pay method to get them. Then you started making them available there for a limited time... now not at all. Oh, and nobody needs to make sure they check your payment windows often as you'll be selling it there... since the client gets bombarded with ads when we want to login... this is just cr*p, sorry to say. Least try to appear less money-hungry, please... business and all but it's also a game, so keep the darn balance.

    Shop-accessing availability when dead - erh, as Opalsion said, better let us use the chat.

    Changes - guess the one about Q7 gloves was to be expected and fair... not that many'd use them anyway; cheaper legendary boxes... yeah, OK, it will be nice for whoever buys those; Ice Missile changes - nice, I guess... IDK if it will be used more now, but the effort put into boosting unused skills is something good.

    Bug fixes - Shinning Silver Essences rendered useless in PvP arenas is good; Q7 and Q1 map polishing is also good (though I'd like to see something being done with areas in which mages cannot cast the Frozen Sphere properly - common occurrence in various spots in Q1 map 2, for example). Now about the New Moon cauldron thing... so instead of making the buff last a little longer so more people have a chance at killing the boss, you made it into "kill it in 1:40 or get out" ? Great decision making... as for the "inconsistency" with Materi Portals... wow, another useless "fix". It was just a little speed-up if you were on to kill 5/10/20 minis; nobody actively looked for those when hunting those bosses, I assure you... because it's silly and there are far faster methods. And don't get me started on the sea of "inconsistencies" you have in the game... real ones, not things like this who did no harm and only proved helpful rarely. I don't care about them not counting anymore, but about time spent "fixing" yet another thing that was neither broken, nor abusable.

    Ice Missile is one OP skill now. Fast, deadly, no mana cost, it stuns and you can't hide behind your guardian or wolves/tree or other players.
    Since R155 all classes got nerfed multiple times ... except SWs. SW's not just didn't get nerfed... they got boosted even more. It is obvious this whole game is spinning around one class (SW) ...they are the main reason they don't want to fix the broken skill tree and introduce back 4s immunity.
    You got that wrong. They fixed the cauldron in term you won't be able to click multiple times on it and spend x50 woods each time you click. Now you can click and spend woods only when the buff expires (so you can activate another buff).

    As for R174 ... I don't know what is the rush for... when it is full with bugs. I will mention only 2 of them:

    - sunken monsters ... you can't take the drops (you can but only if you know how and it is a very painful process)


    - wrong monsters dropping quest items


    As for the drops ... unlike the initial q8 version drops are now much better.

    It looks like i am having ultra fast connection

    Now that it's live, some more comments...

    First of all, the crystal is listed to mages as a "Trophy" and there are typos in the quest texts ("Were you're able" // "Ferocitys").
    But those are minor issues. Map loaded incredibly silly first time I entered (first time loading, so I guess it's fine), but now runs OK.
    Still Untouchable boots? So any and all new Qs will have that xD ?
    It still only does 40-65% base damage. How is is OP, exactly?
    Maybe with the set, shooting three at once and all, but I still don't think it can top other attacks. What am I missing xD ?

    Thanks for the clear-up on the cauldron thingy :).

    Yeah, the latency indicator takes some time to show you the real numbers, what did we expect xD ?

    once again stike out, i thought that q7 is bad but q8 takes the cake, those heads im map 2 are way to op making 7k dmg and that on mode 1 the main boss is mess so many stuns reduce travel speed so one can barely move, so i dont even wanna go try fatal because mode 1 is to hard really nice job once again..

    You are not missing anything. That skill is useless, so is that bonus. It wouldnt beat magic missile, and those are two competing skills. I cannot imagine anyone trading one for another. Especially with the 'covered in frost' requirement.

    Traki knows that :) his comments are designed to prevent introduction of something useful for the mage :)

    I like the idea of a new map in PW (and I like the new set bonus).
    I noticed that in the first map there is a bug with the stack of the shock unit: I collect them, but they don't stack.
    I collect 10 of them and I use them. But if I collect for example 11 or 12 or even I collect them after killing the mini boss that spawns, I have them in my inventory and they cannot stack with new shock units.
    Now the take 3 spaces in my inventory... I cannot destroy them and cannot stack.
    Could you fix this please?

    - Not going to talk about the new map because I can't access it but a new map is always a good thing.
    - The latency indicator is 100% broken. Explain to me how I can have a ping of 25ms and sometimes when I sell an item it takes more than 1s to do it? It should take, well, 25ms. Also, how can I have less than 30ms and still jump around without doing anything?
    - Instead of showing the lag value, why didn't you fix the LAG ISSUE on Heredur. There's a thread of people stating it's a real issue.
    + maybe change how the lag reacts to the game because: I don't deal damage - I get damaged, the abilities I use don't count - yet they are on cooldown after. Trust me, you wasted at least 3K of red essence and more than 3k andermant just on my account and countless healing potions which get used without any effect. How? Well, I jump, heal myself then get thrown back into the fight and die. I have to revive, all of this while using essences. Rinse and repeat. Come to think of it, it's pretty profitable for BP for players to lag this much. Losing andermant for nothing then buying it. Great marketing strategy!

    EDIT: My bad, the latency indicator works flawlessly now! It's stuck at 0ms. Awesome update! Great work!

    1. Addition of new maps is always a good thing.
    2. New maps drops seems to be better than other Qs, at least thanks to extra blues.
    3. Ability to access shop after death is a plus.
    4. I like the new design of tiered items.

    1. Both maps are way too long, the second one is ridiculous. I cannot imagine running through them again after I completed the ammon quest. You cannot jump through etc.
    2. I hate those throwing heads, and I hated them always since the ney year event.
    3. Those heads deal too much damage
    4. Boss map is a complete mess, it is a little bit too much. There should be a complexity, but not chaos.
    5. The set bonus for mages is a joke. Please rework it, we dont need useless bonus on a useless skill. Make something in line with what other classes have.
    6. Mage's bonus doesnt include 250 Critical Hit, like other classes do. Is this a bug? Why are mages so special? The release notes promise mages this bonus as well
    7. Changes to ice missile are useless.
    8. All the bug fixes have zero importance to me. I would focus on the issues with skills, that directly impact playability at every map.

    so r174 is online and q8 with its beautiful set are waiting to be obtained..... just joking!!! lets leave aside the bugs for a while and focus on what this release includes,shall we? so many players here were passionate about this new set and how could they not be? but guess what? this set will be the hardest of all to get if the main boss does not get nerfs soon. i dont know if this was on purpose due to the worth of the set,but like some other players already mentioned the boss map is a complete chaos even in painful mode. what i have noticed is this:while the boss is easier to kill because it has less hp than the rest of the PW bosses, its almost impossible for an average player to actually kill it because he will have most likely died many times before doing it. and all that in painful mode. i have watched some videos of q8 fatal boss map and if its the same in the live servers, i doubt even good players will kill this boss in fatal mode without dying many times. maybe tanks can be the only ones that can actually survive this map but for the rest of the classes and as long as the boss map is so chaotic there is no hope. the BP team should understand a big mistake on this boss map: every boss has its strong and weak points and thats legit,but every boss in any difficulty should be able to get outplayed. maybe i am a fool but i dont see how you can actually outplay this boss when thousands of ice missiles are trying to hit you from every side of the map leaving you only a small space to protect yourself(and all that in painful, i dont even want to mention the other difficulties). to recapitulate there is a huge problem with q8 boss map. its not just hard. its unplayable and if this applies to painful mode, imagine what this means for excruciating and fatal mode.

    The truth is the boss map is a hell of a map... but it's not impossible :) I have ranger, she's not best but she has descent stats and I was happy to see I could fatal solo him 2 times without dying. Also you have to be lucky because as the rest PW bosses Sigi has random enchantments. It's not that bad :)

    You're kidding, right? On painful, even a team of average players can do it. I know several who already have. Sure, fatal is going to be intense, but a good tank with a good DPS team with him shouldn't have a hard time.
