    Hey there @Teleportist ,

    There you have the information that we got ;)
    "There was an issue with Enchantment Transfer crafting which dropped cores for people under level 50 and allowed them to transfer enchantments. The feature is only intended to work with character above level 50"

    in pw with a lv 41 character i got same 14 ander drops at painful instead of 21 or 22 is that a bug? the next round dropped normal 21

    Tier 1 items dropping from monster in varholm on excruciating difficulty also from champion monsters
    11 out of 23 items was tier 1
