    Sorry if I upset you big guy. I'm not arguing with Sebastian either.

    I simply said the hammer is not that great for regen. when the block that gives you 240hp (forgot the 0, ty) was an exploding arrow that hit you for 24,000hp... it's a 1% discount and that to me... not that great. (Hows my math?)

    I guess things are different on your server if every Dk is running around with a "measly" 120k hp. i don't think it's as common on Agathon.
    When I do run into one of the top DK's that regen over 2k per second in a 1v1 match... They are never holding a hammer?

    Not trying to get involved in your Elite Class Meltdown or whatever. If i invested that much time and money I'd be upset about not getting what i paid for too.

    we are on two different pages. you're talking about end-game --- I'm talking about abuse.
    Those that abuse regen are far from end-game. They never turn to fight, they just run and hope to outlast.

    And by the way. Everyone is entitled to their opinion. I don't think the lifekeeper is that great for 1v1.

    Ridiculing people for their opinion because it differs from yours doesn't contribute anything meaningful to the conversation and is just plain ignorant.

    The hammer is meant for low damaging atacks that are for long period of time for example ice missle its like 55 percent of the dmg the 1 st hit and the other 2 are 30 percent which when reduced by 80 percent from the tank is pretty much laughable dmg. (examlpe i hit 10k normally on tanks i deal 200 and they heal 800...... what should i say more and yet im not fighting endgame players but average)."When I do run into one of the top DK's that regen over 2k per second in a 1v1 match... They are never holding a hammer?" Do you think they need it with 10k hp healed over 5 secs ?? really i would prefer to get the weapon EDIT with 1 charge
    About the tree skill i was talking about the super regen which was in the wisdow tree my bad.
    About mages in arena i have an idea about how to be balanced without any significant change. Its just an idea though what if we could regen while we are staying in the vortex (im not sure about percent max hp or percent fo the dmg dealt since we are dealing no dmg to tanks so still useless.) And i know many people will say that mage doesnt have healing because of high range and high dmg but..... its a lie dwarf turrets outrange everything except destructions and rangers have the spammable EA which has insane range (and sometimes im using the guardian to defend me from thos 2.2 atack speed rangers who spam the ea and they can activate q7buff ) so i dont think the idea of giving the class with the lowest amount of damaging skills(and im saying that because most of our damaging skill are below 100 percent base dmg.) and lowest hp pool some kind of sustain ( and the cooldown of the vortex is like 30 seconds so it aint spammable). I would really love to hear Baragin"s opinion on this idea.

    Spellweaver has highest range skills ... both Ice Missile and Magic Missile are having higher range than EA ... on top of that those two skills are reliable unlike EA.

    Wanna test it?) That boss bug with missiles was fixed long time ago, and quite for a while EA had more range thx to explosion. Now skills are about the same range, if not the same. If there is any difference, it is marginal. Im okay to test it out)

    Tested it 100 times, last time few days ago ... I can show you the results :p
    On paper they have same range ... in reality they don't. Why? Because of the way and position of executing the skills.

    Okay, let it be. Mages have miserable advantage of an inch one should spend 1 minute to find a position to make it useful)

    I've always been reasonable. The part at the end was what I'd been arguing with you and others in the other thread but everyone seemed to ignore because of the charged nature of that conversation. I would never argue irrefutable fact.

    The fact is that Lifekeeper's HP Regen is incredibly powerful (in conjunction with other regen sources), but that it is more a symptom than the root cause.
    The opinion is that they are totally unkillable in 1v1 and Lifekeeper needs a nerf.

    What is really needed is a concentrated effort to balance PvP. Things like HP and Damage mitigation are a good start and adjusting skills for PvP vs PvE should make a significant difference. Everyone else seems to think that balance means "Nerf."

    While I agree with you, to truly make a balance without a severe nerf would require dev's that understood a game or played one once in a while or maybe listening to options other than the constant cry of nerfing.

    In reality no matter what happens, there will be a segment of players who will always cry for a nerf and their voices sooner or later will be heard.

    There does need to be a "nerf," but it needs to be a PvP nerf that only impacts PvP skills and stats so that PvE doesn't become intolerable. And as long as they balance all classes as they nerf, then everyone is more than welcome to cry and I will sit there soaking up the salt with a smile on my face as I munch on my popcorn.

    But you are right... they would need to understand the game in a way that I seriously doubt they could even come close to comprehending.

    A rework to the entire PVP setup is long overdue. 5v5 and 1v1 are the only two that ever seem to be played on Agathon. Occasionally you will see some 3v3 activity, but it's rare. 6v6 = always empty.

    The ranking system is basically a list of who played the most matches in numbered order. the data is all there, ranking in any sport is never based n how many games you played but rather how well you perform in the games you did play. Seasonal ranking would be a plus.

    Point adjustments for lower level characters fighting higher level characters could be awarded to alleviate a wait time between matches.

    I don't even know if you can create a group and actually get a match. I stopped trying a long time ago after they made a change that caused groups to have to wait like an hour to get a match. Since that change, 3v3 kinda died-out.

    "Balancing" and "Nerfing" are unfortunately evil twins.

    Not to stick a fork in a soar subject... removing regen on DKs because it may be OP on end-game builds MAY result in DK's that are not end-game to be completely noncompetitive in PVP.

    Like Rhysingstar said, and has been true in the past. Crying nerf eventually gets heard. Every time they have nerfed/balanced the DK in the past, the changes have been SOOOOOoooo drastic. Dk's basically had to completely rework their gear, skills, style of play... everything.
    Like starting over. It caused a lull in the game for a period of time it takes all DK's to completely rebuild so they can tank in PVE again. So maybe the Doc is on to something with separating PVP from PVE as far as skills are concerned?

    PVP is the most untapped part of this game and has so much potential to be awesome. I wish i could give better suggestions!

    Balance is an incredibly difficult thing to accomplish I'm sure. Any past "balances" where more like "shifts" in dominate classes. From Knights to Weavers, Weavers to Rangers, Rangers to Dwarves, Dwarves to Knights...

    Its a vicious cycle and some class always winds up on the loosing end. If there is a balance to take place, I sincerely hope it is a well thought out plan based on actual game-play and not just response to crying. There has certainly been enough time past for proper planning.

    In my whole 5 year experiencе in this game ( 5 years or more ) mages were never dominant, lv 40 everything was balnced no domination lv 45 kind ofo meh tanks just had the healing lv 50 of tanks and rangers and its the same today.

    Allow me to quote me this but i see it as dont change tanks let the have the 2h oneshot builds and unkillable 1h builds( Baragain dont get triggered pls :D) just make other classes able to kill which will make even more stupid fights between ranger- mage- dwarf dont you think ? since if they wont chanbge the tanks they need to buff the other classes on a way which may make even bigger mess. If it is going to be change All classes should be changed in total. Oh and when you say how tanks needed to rebuild their gear think of how all classes except for the tank were forced to go into 2h at lv 50 and only tank could stay in 1h with the shield :) think about it now will be the same better late than ever :D

    Inf 3 is launched and everything is ok but Why Bearach drops electric cores so rarely like ..... 20 kils today only 3 times electric core , the other times solid cores. Not to mention he is buggy as hell and gets stuck in the ground for half of the time at least fix the drop.... At this rate ill get 200 cores in half a year,,,, what else should i say other than lame ..

    Pet scaling (in my case, Guardian), is still horrendous for SW
    I was playing in q5, and Guardian did 6k damage (ooh.. scratch it with a spoon).. and was getting 1 or 2 shot killed by worms and/or other things.. (i.e., not even survives 1-2 sec)
    Even the summoned knight (dragan ring) does 70k+ dmg and survived at least more than 10 seconds

    The only viable strategies are to kill faster/shoot and dodge, or mind control, because Guardian right now is not working in higher levels - at least what I think it was designed for in normal/painful/fatal (cast and distract.. "minor" tank).. it's more like a nuisance than a tank at current scaling

    Please consider reworking

    Black knight scales with difficulty and thus his dmg and hp depend on the mode while guadian scales with your hp so yeah another useless spell, lets not say that its buggy and i ve seen monsters exactly near him ignore him and atack me instead , just idk change all amges into rangers at this point ?

    Dunno if its mentioned before but at least at heredur who i was farming the box isnt dropping infernal passages (i have made 120k points today and 0 drop).

    It drops infernal frags only on difficulties below the highest
    So now it only drops them from inf 2 and below
