Returing player - all characters lvl 1 or 2

    Actually, the question is in the titile. I have not played for several years (may be, 4 or 5, not sure). Now all my characters are lvl 1 or 2 and are in the starting area. Why?

    A while back, any character that hadn't been played in a few years was deleted. I'd assume that is what happened to yours. You'll be level 7 or so by the time you finish the beginning quest line.
