Suggestion ring of life hp

tier 2 ROL have 878 hp & tier 3 ROL have 888 hp.
to make tier 3 ROL we need stone of 35000 frag stone plus 3 ROL of tier 2. why do we need this item so expensive. pls make this less expensive of more hp on tier 3 ROL

 

Tier 3 is Max of tier2.. tier2 ROL stats +800-888hp, 3.0-3.5% more hp and regenerates 30-32.5hp per second and tier3 has 888hp,3.5% more hp and regenerates 32.5hp per second

 

Also, you'd be better off looking for/crafting a pure HP ring with 1600+. When you multiply that by 1.75 (assuming 25 points in HP) and any %HP you get from uniques, sets, gems, or amulets, that 1600 would be worth a minimum of 2800, and if you us glyphs to upgrade that, it could easily be worth 3400. And if you have a good % HP amulet and the two crafted christmas gems, you could easily be talking about 3500 before glyphs and 4200+ when glyphed... and, since you regen 1% of your HP per second, that would give you 34-42 HP regen per second.

Trust me, the RoL is an outdated item that has minimal use or application in today's builds, and anyone who would have the frags to even think about making a T3 one should know better than to try.
